Encryption
Your content is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS.
Yours outright
Everything we write down about your company, and everything your agents write, belongs to you. You can export all of it in a machine-readable format at any time.
Used only for you
We never use your content to train, fine-tune or improve any model or product for the benefit of anyone but you.
Certified deletion
When an engagement ends we keep your content for thirty days so you can export it, then delete it and certify the deletion. Ask in writing and we delete it within thirty days.
A record you can check
Your agents keep a record of everything they did, which nobody can quietly edit, and you can run a check yourself to confirm the record has not changed.
Your accounts, if you need them
If your own policies require you to hold the accounts, your agents can run in accounts you own and pay for, and we take no custody of your content.
