Hivemind by AgentScore
We build it into your company, hands-on.
You don’t need to know how any of this works, and you don’t need to have used AI before. We interview your team, write the brain with you, and stand your agents up alongside you where your team already talks, live by a named date.
The build
Four steps, and you are never the one doing the technical work.
Discover
A few working sessions
We sit with your team and ask the questions a sharp new hire would ask: how you speak, what you never say publicly, who your customers are, how the work actually gets done, and the decisions behind all of it. You talk; we take it from there.
Seed
We write, you review
We shape what we heard into your brain: a clean, organized handbook of how your company works, readable by your whole team and every agent. Not a dump of every document you have. You review it, correct it, and approve it before anything runs on it.
Govern
Your rules, made binding
We turn your rules into a constitution every agent inherits: what never leaves the building, what always needs a person, how your company sounds. Shipped with checks that re-run every time the brain changes, so the rules keep holding after we leave the room.
Act
Live by a named date
Your agents go live in your team’s chat: one that answers questions from the brain with sources, and a workflow agent doing real work you chose. Every action arrives as a draft with an approve button. Nothing ships without a yes from your team.
What we ask of you
Your knowledge. Our build.
The whole engagement is designed around one fact: your time is the scarce thing. We need the knowledge in your people's heads, and not much else.
A few hours from the right people
A decision-maker and the owner of the workflow we automate, for a few working sessions. They know the answers; we do the writing.
One invite to accept
The agents meet your team where it already talks: for most teams that is Slack, and accepting one invite is the whole setup on your side. No new accounts, no software to install, nothing to maintain.
Success, defined up front
Before we start, we write down, in your words, exactly what success looks like: the workflow delivering its outcome live in your Slack, approved and audited, by a named date.
After go-live
What working with your hive feels like.
A fixed fee covers the build. Then a subscription keeps what you have alive, with a results-based component as the agents deliver; adding an agent later is its own scoped build with its own fee. Your knowledge stays yours throughout, and leaves with you if you go.
Answers, with sources
Ask anything ("where is our pricing?", "how do we write?") and get the current answer with its source. New teammates are useful in an hour.
Work that arrives done
The work you chose, done as drafts for your yes: the digest, the update, the document. Add more agents as you trust them.
The receipts, kept
Every agent action and every human approval lands in a record nobody can quietly edit, yours to read whenever you like without asking us.
It compounds
We keep what you have alive: updates handled, the brain kept current, every rule re-checked after every change, sharper every week. When you want another agent, that is its own scoped build, priced up front.
The ground rules
Nothing ships without your yes.
Every draft waits for a person. Every action and every approval lands in a record nobody can quietly edit. And everything you and your team put in is yours outright: export all of it and walk whenever you want.
- Your yes on anything that sends, spends, or publishes
- A record you can verify yourself, any time
- Your brain in plain, readable text, never locked in
- We run the platform, so there is nothing to maintain
Start with one workflow.
Success defined in your words before we start, live with your team by a named date.
