FAQ
What people ask before they start
What can AI agents do that a chatbot cannot?▼
A chatbot answers questions; Hivemind is a team that does the work, out of your own company’s knowledge, and nothing it changes happens without one of your people saying yes. Whichever assistant you have tried, it knew nothing about your company and forgot you between conversations. These agents work from a shared brain of how your company operates, so they answer the way your best people would, and every answer carries its source.
Can a company that does not use AI today start with agents?▼
Yes. Hivemind is built for companies that run on good judgment, not on software teams. You never touch the machinery: we interview your team, write the brain with you, and stand the agents up where your team already talks. If you can approve a draft, you can run a hive.
Can we build our own AI agent system in-house?▼
You could write your knowledge down yourself, and it would help. What is hard to build alone is everything that keeps it working: agents that actually do the work from it, rules they cannot break, checks that re-run every time the knowledge changes, and a record of every action and approval that nobody can quietly edit. That system is what we build into your company in weeks.
Who owns the company knowledge an AI system is built on?▼
Everything you and your team put into the brain, and everything the agents write into it, is yours outright and forever. You can export all of it and walk away at any time, and the record of what the agents did and what your people approved is yours to read whenever you like, without asking us. We run the platform it lives on, so there is nothing for you to maintain; if you would rather hold the accounts yourself, we support that too.
How much does Hivemind by AgentScore cost?▼
A fixed fee covers the build, with success written down in your words before we start. After that, a subscription keeps what you have alive: updates handled, the brain kept current, every rule re-checked after every change, plus a results-based component as the agents deliver. Each agent you add later is its own scoped build with its own fee, agreed before we start it. Talk to us and we will walk you through it for your company.
What does a company need to provide to get AI agents working?▼
A decision-maker and the owner of the workflow we automate, for a few working sessions, and a yes to an invite in the chat your team already uses. That is the whole setup on your side. There are no new accounts for your team and nothing to install or maintain: we run the platform underneath.
How do you stop AI agents from doing something wrong?▼
Every agent inherits one set of rules: never invent an answer, cite where it came from, and wait for a person on anything that writes, sends, or spends. Every action arrives as a draft with an approve button, every approval is recorded, and you can verify for yourself that the record has never been altered.
Do employees have to learn a new tool to work with AI agents?▼
No. Your team asks questions, reviews drafts, and approves work in the chat they already use, Slack for most teams. The brain itself is plain, readable text your whole team can open, never a format only we can read.
Has Hivemind by AgentScore been used at a real company?▼
We run our own company on Hivemind every day: the same agents, the same rules, the same approvals. It is the first thing we show you on a call, working live, before we talk about yours.
